Ingredients for 4 persons
1 chopped onion
1 clove of garlic
2 cl of olive oil
400 g of chicken breast
Nuoc mam sauce
20 cl of coconut milk
1 lime juice
1 tablespoon of curry
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh coriander
2 tablespoons chopped mint
1 tablespoon of lemongrass
1 teaspoon of chopped ginger

PREPARATION
1 – Fry the onion and garlic in a little oil. Add the spoon of curry. Mix.
2 – Add the chicken cut into pieces and mix. Add the nuoc mam. Leave to cook for about 5 minutes.
3 – Then add the coconut milk. Simmer for 10 minutes.
4 – Finish with the rest of the ingredients (lemon, coriander, mint, lemongrass, ginger). Serve the Thai chicken with Chinese noodles.
