1 pork chop
1 bouillon cube
1 Table spoon of oil

Preparation
STEP 1 :
Heat a spoon of oil in a pan barely larger than the pork chop. When the oil is hot, place the meat in it.
2ND STEP :
Let brown for three minutes on one side, then turn the meat over. Leave to brown in the same way on the other side.
STEP 3:
When both sides of the meat have taken on color, pour water into the pan at the height of the meat and add a KuB broth. Reduce the heat and simmer.
STEP 4:
When the water has reached halfway up the meat, turn it over and cook a little more, until there is only the value of a large tablespoon of sauce.
STEP 5:
There is no need to salt: the Kub will have done its job. Serve immediately and cover with sauce.
